JLaker Homes uses information submitted through its website to review, respond to, estimate, and manage potential construction projects.

Inquiry forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, property location, timing, investment range, project descriptions, and optional plans, photographs, surveys, or other files you choose to provide. Website providers may also collect basic device, browser, cookie, traffic, security, and form-delivery information.
How information is used
Submitted information is used for project qualification, communication, feasibility review, estimating, proposal preparation, requested services, misuse prevention, recordkeeping, insurance, accounting, legal needs, and related business operations. JLaker Homes does not use project submissions as public portfolio material without separate approval.

Website hosting, form processing, file storage, analytics, email, business-automation providers, and professional advisers may process information as needed to support these functions. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect a person, property, or legal rights.
Retention and security
JLaker Homes keeps business records for as long as reasonably needed for project review, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and business administration. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

To ask about information submitted to JLaker Homes, request a correction, or discuss deletion where legally and operationally permitted, email laker.justin@icloud.com. Some records may need to be retained for active projects, payment, insurance, warranty, dispute, or legal purposes.
Do not submit highly sensitive information
Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general project-inquiry form.
